Posted: September 18, 2008  CITY OF NEWPORT AND PORT OF ASTORIA Notice of Airline Services Request for Proposals The City of Newport and the Port of Astoria have issued a request for proposals for schedule airline service to Newport and Astoria. The deadline for submitting proposals is 5:00 pm on October 15, 2008; proposals will be opened at that time.
